REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES Knowledge of hotel operational functions relating to rooms, food and beverage, spa, activities, kids. 6 or more years of relevant professional experience in marketing or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required. Assist in management of communication with third party vendors and routes approval process through the executive office and brand. Remain up-to-date with fashion trends as well as relevant uniform companies and designers Lead the design and execution effort for holiday d cor for both brands including the creation and implementation of holiday d cor style guides for both Montage and Pendry Articulate initiatives to key stakeholders with compelling, innovative storytelling to direct project progress. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Work with the Creative Director to curate and update design elements throughout the properties in relation to OS&E, accessories and d cor Support all photo shoots in the role of prop stylists including selection of props, styling of each image and assisting in photo shoot day-to-day scheduling and crew management Work closely with the Creative Director in the conceptualization, selection and execution of uniform programs for new and existing properties. Responsibilities include establishing and implementing a style sensibility for each brand that correlates to the touch and feel elements of design details that enhances the guest experience. Importantly, the role works closely with multiple disciplinaries in the organization including sales & marketing and operations. The Corporate Director of Style will work directly with the Creative Director in the development, implementation and oversight of style relating to property touchpoints across the portfolio of Montage International Hotels.
